从古至今， 对最普通的中国人来说，最基本的谋生方式有三把刀之说。我还没有见到哪一个民族比中国人更倾心于美食。中国人见面，常问的问题是，吃了吗？或者是，最近又去哪里吃饭了？关于饭馆的点评，可以在中国版的Tripadvisor 也就是 ‘点评’ 网站 dianping.com上看到太多的评论,好的，坏的，被推荐的饭馆，不被推荐的菜等，应有尽有。这个网站的首页就是 ‘美食’，广告位居首页中间 有四个大字 ‘吃喝玩乐’。
