He spoke about thresholds and thereby managed to sidestep any response on #MR and CTI let him. A pulled punch, and he ignored empirical evidence which reveals #MR in #RA's of known and suspected abuse is a vital component of a functioning child protection system.

Government rejection of MR has nothing to do with child protection as you will hear.
