Welcome to Bold Moves Podcast Episode 166 Fearless Fridays 83 Morgaine's Challenge! If you missed Monday's post, I interviewed Morgaine Trine. In the Summer of 2016, Morgaine was miserable with my life. • Bold Moves Podcast Episode 160 Fearless Fridays 80 Lauren’s Challenge
Welcome to Bold Moves Podcast Episode 160 Fearless Fridays 80 Lauren's Challenge! If you missed Monday's post, I interviewed Lauren Lobley. In 2007, Lauren requested a transfer to move from Lululemon Montreal to Lululemon Beverly Hills and applied for a visa. After a few months, my request was granted, and my journey from Canada to La La land began. Lauren then decided to boldly look at her diet in the face, which was comprised of refined sugar, gluten, refined grains, and basically nothing green or good for her and decided to take the plunge to vegetarianism. Lauren wasn't happy with the advice and guidance she was getting. After reading and learning everything she could, Lauren stepped into the kitchen and learned how to feed herself. Lauren went from barely boiling water to being a full-fledged health coach and chef. Lauren's passion is to make healthy food taste good, and it is totally paying off! She released her first cookbook, and every message that she gets from people telling her how much their lives have changed is a testament to the importance of the move Lauren made from retail to healthy food. If you haven’t already checked it out, definitely go back to Monday’s episode and listen to or watch the interview! As always, Lauren issued a challenge for the listeners and readers, so that’s what today’s all about! Keep reading (and listening) for Bold Moves Podcast Episode 160 Fearless Fridays 80 Lauren's Challenge!

As always, you can choose to listen to any Fearless Fridays episode in the post where the player is embedded (see below) or on iTunes, Stitcher, or whatever podcast app you choose. The interviews are available both as audio in the same way the Friday episodes are, or also on YouTube. =)

I am still trying to do catch up, and have a long way to go, but it is looking a little better now that I have removed those five from the list! I promise I'll have more soon - my new goal is to try to do two per week! Those remaining to be done are Olivia’s challenge, Arvin's Challenge, Michelle's Challenge, Julie's Challenge,  Dalilah's challenge, Quentin's Challenge, Macy's Challenge, Sierra's Challenge, Cherie's Challenge, Steph's Challenge, Justin's Challenge, Mike's Challenge, The Challenge from Philanthropists, Courtney's Challenge, Mike's Challenge, Faith's Challenge, Rayne's challenge, Shaniece's Challenge, Aneisha's Challenge, Asehli's Challenge, Amiekay's Challenge, Terri's Challenge, and now Lauren's Challenge!

Lauren is also offering one lucky person a copy of her Cookbook, The Accidental Paleo, and some Primal Kitchen products!
