  • Bold Moves Podcast Episode 159 Lauren Lobley
This week’s guest, for Bold Moves Podcast Episode 159 Lauren Lobley has made some bold moves! In 2007, Lauren requested a transfer to move from lululemon Montreal to lululemon Beverly Hills and applied for a visa. After a few months, my request was granted, and my journey from Canada to La La land began. Lauren then decided to boldly look at her diet in the face, which was comprised of refined sugar, gluten, refined grains, and basically nothing green or good for her and decided to take the plunge to vegetarianism. Lauren wasn't happy with the advice and guidance she was getting. After reading and learning everything she could, Lauren stepped into the kitchen and learned how to feed herself. Lauren went from barely boiling water to being a full-fledged health coach and chef. Lauren's passion is to make healthy food taste good, and it is totally paying off! She released her first cookbook, and every message that she gets from people telling her how much their lives have changed is a testament to the importance of the move Lauren made from retail to healthy food. Please enjoy Bold Moves Podcast Episode 159 Lauren Lobley!

Welcome to Bold Moves Podcast Episode 156 Fearless Fridays 78 Amiekay's Challenge! If you missed Monday's post, I interviewed Amikay Richcrick. In 2017, Amiekay quit my long-term career in television news to take a chance on a lifelong dream to travel the world. Welcome to Bold Moves Podcast Episode 154 Fearless Fridays 77 Asehli's Challenge! If you missed Monday's post, I interviewed Asehli Howe. Asehli took a job at a political reporting law firm after college and hated everything about it. After only six months, She paid off her student loans and quit. She didn't have any idea what she was going to do but knew that she would never work in an environment where she was disrespected again. After multiple jobs, from teaching at a summer camp to canvassing for Amnesty International, Asehli still couldn't seem to find her place. Then, she signed up to volunteer with SF Women Against Rape, met Drusilla Cowan in the training to become a rape crisis counselor, and shortly after agreed to co-found Survivor Alliance. Since then it's been a wild ride. Now, they are on a mission to engage society in a positive sexual revolution. They are changing the dialogue about all types of sex, the good and the bad, and giving people a place to finally ask the questions they've been silenced from bringing up. • Bold Moves Podcast Episode 150 Fearless Fridays 75 Shaniece’s Challenge
Welcome to Bold Moves Podcast Episode 150 Fearless Fridays 75 Shaniece's Challenge! If you missed Monday's post, I interviewed Shaniece Wise. Shaniece was an Executive Sales Director with Mary Kay for 14 years, driving a Pink Cadillac and everything! Shaniece helped over 150 consultants all over the country, teaching them how to build successful Mary Kay Businesses. She gave up everything, including the pink Cadillac and her income, to start a company that she could call her own. Her speaking, coaching and consulting business helps entrepreneurs Identify, Activate and Maximize their gifts. If you haven’t already checked it out, definitely go back to Monday’s episode and listen to or watch the interview! As always, Rayne issued a challenge for the listeners and readers, so that’s what today’s all about! Keep reading (and listening) for Bold Moves Podcast Episode 150 Fearless Fridays 75 Shaniece's Challenge!

As always, you can choose to listen to any Fearless Fridays episode in the post where the player is embedded (see below) or on iTunes, Stitcher, or whatever podcast app you choose. The interviews are available both as audio in the same way the Friday episodes are, or also on YouTube. =)

I just recently completed Courtney B's challenge, and spent a whole week doing something that made me uncomfortable. You can check it out below.

I couldn’t think of a perfect picture to celebrate the completion of @courtneyberrycoaching’s #BoldMovesFearlessFridays challenge, so I went with a video! What is something you are afraid of that you could do for a week?
