  • Bold Moves Podcast Episode 70 – Fearless Fridays 35: Michelle Lewis’s Challenge!
It’s time for Bold Moves Podcast Episode 70 - Fearless Fridays 35: Michelle Lewis's Challenge! If you missed Monday’s post, I interviewed Michelle Lewis. Michelle left her impressive TV job to be an online coach. And, that's not all.. she ended up shutting down her 1 on 1 practice to build e-courses instead. She moved from life coaching to become a Visibility Vixen.  If you haven’t already checked it out, definitely go back to Monday’s post and listen to or watch the interview! As always, I asked her to issue a challenge for my listeners and readers, so that’s what today’s all about! Keep reading (and listening) for Bold Moves Podcast Episode 70 - Fearless Fridays 35: Michelle Lewis's Challenge!
As always, you can choose to listen to any Fearless Fridays episode in the post where the player is embedded (see below) or on iTunes (Yay! I am finally back!), Stitcher, or whatever podcast app you choose. The interviews are available both as audio in the same way the Friday episodes are, or also on YouTube (some are coming soon, as I am catching up from previous technical difficulties in the editing department!). =)
I always like to share my results from the previous week's challenges, and I am still trying to do catch up! I promise I'll have more soon!
Life has been busy, so I still need to do Olivia’s challenge, Cassandra’s Challenge, Coach Cooks' challenge, Arvin's Challenge, Laura's Challenge, Tom's Challenge and Kasie's Challenge. But I think Michelle's challenge is going to be quite exciting.
Though I haven't done Kasie's challenge yet, Kasie did it herself, and made an amazing looking taco!

I absolutely LOVE that @kitchenintuition did her own #boldmovesfearlessfridays challenge... and it looks SO DELICIOUS! Has anyone else tried the 5-ingredient challenge she gave on my podcast last week Friday? Let's see what you made! #Repost @kitchenintuition (@get_repost) ・・・ Taco of champions

I completed Brian's challenge about two weeks ago and went outside of my comfort zone, and boy was it an experience!

Did something that scared me today! I'm not a big cardio person, and I am definitely stronger in my glutes & hamstrings than quads, so I was nervous! As you can tell, I lived... and I'm glad I did something hard & outside my comfort zone today!
