A two-day manhunt has ended with the arrest of Vance Luther Boelter, accused of killing former Minnesota House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband, and critically wounding state Sen. John Hoffman and his wife. Authorities say Boelter posed as a police officer and left behind evidence suggesting politically motivated violence.
