Okay, so this feels so weird.. typing in this description box after MONTHS, y'all!

I don't say this in the episode, and I am embarrassed I don't, but I want to say thank you if you have found your way back to this show to listen and join me again for our weekly chats. The time away was much needed. I spent time sitting with a lot of things and working through a lot of childhood trauma, and tbh I was in no space to show up here for you, or for myself.

Now, it feels more aligned. This episode is pretty raw, and so random.. I sat at my desk, about to check my emails, and next thing you know I was recording an episode. Akin to the title, this recording did not come smoothly.. In fact, I sort of struggled with the whole mic setup and new recording software bit. I almost killed the idea of recording in the first place, but figured this was a chance to really lean into the whole being resilient thing..

With all that I say: welcome back to Manifest Daily, a space for intentional living, embodiment, and creating a life that actually feels aligned.

In this episode, I’m sharing a recap of the year that felt like it nearly broke me.. from rediscovering my body through Pilates, to navigating a new relationship and then a breakup, to choosing stillness instead of rushing into the next version of myself.

This episode is a reminder that sometimes life does not go according to (your) plan, and that is okay — it's up to you to choose what you do with the unplanned experiences. It's up to you to choose how you respond.

You are allowed to change. And recalibrate. And to (re)build a life that feels true to you, one aligned choice at a time.
