In our lives sometimes things don’t go to plan. We often attempt to control and force things. This rarely works. It simply creates resistance, pain and ultimately suffering. When we allow ourselves to be in a state of acceptance we can begin to be more at peace with where our lives are at. I really hope you get something from today’s episode.
