• Overcoming Obstacles: My inner circle was my biggest hurdle. I cut ties with those who didn’t support my growth. Society’s cookie-cutter mold says how women should be, but we’re snowflakes—unique and beautiful. Be authentic, and your people will show up.
• Reframing Setbacks: Rejection is redirection; failure means I tried; criticism is feedback. Winners keep going, trusting the seed of purpose inside.
• 75 Hard Challenge: Brutal—two workouts, two gallons of water, 10 pages of reading, whole foods. Start small with one habit to avoid overwhelm.
• The Impact: Confidence let me build relationships, land my dream house and car, and live in abundance by speaking up and being seen.
