How do I let go while TTC?

How do I not obsess over TTC?

I’ve been at this for SO LONG, and I don’t know how much longer I can do this.

These are all sentiments I had expressed in my own journal while trying to get pregnant as well… until manifestation.

Releasing the timeline when TTC can feel next to impossible. I know. I get it, Mama. But when you do, you create freedom for yourself to LOVE the life you’re living now AND you actually collapse time. (Meaning you experience LESS time between no baby and baby here.)

How to handle pregnancy announcements? You may not necessarily like the answer that I have to give initially, but it’s what is going to begin to actually CHANGE what manifests for you on this road to and through motherhood. Hand to my heart, I had to let this settle in for me, too, Mama. I can PROMISE you it's a shift worth making.

This shift in how you’re seeing other women’s pregnancies, and what they MEAN about YOU is a foundational one. For you are in charge of what everything means and your beliefs are law. And then and only then, can what manifests for you change. Identity changes FIRST, then the outside/physical world changes.

Am I ruining my baby manifesting with negative thinking? How do I get out of negative thinking? How do I get back to thinking positively? Y’all this gets to be SO much easier and have so much less guilt attached to it than you think.

I still have days where I’m in a bad mood, Mamas. The difference is, it doesn’t shake what I know to be true- that all of my desires are ALREADY DONE. So it doesn't change what manifests for me. I don’t need to worry about feeling any type of way in order for it to happen, and you don’t either.
