Micah joined the military after his experience at the World Trade Centers on 9-11. He became a US Navy Seal and later a paramilitary contractor. Micah founded Heroes and Horses in 2014 after realizing that, despite the thousands of PTSD-related nonprofits, and the billions spent every year, the statistics on veteran suicide and addiction were growing rapidly. Micah is responsible for organizational and program operations and plays a critical role in cultivating new relationships, and networking to create large-scale change in policy, programming, and perceptions for his generation of veterans.

Raúl Martínez is a Chicago native born to two immigrant parents. Raised in the streets of Chicago he quickly learned to fend for himself which later proved useful when he joined the military. After his time in service during the war on terror, he returned home and became a Drill Sgt. He then joined the Chicago Police Department where he made use of the skills acquired throughout his young life in the inner city and his military service. Now his passion for teaching and service to the community is shown through his teaching and programming with Rogue-Methods.com. Angel is also the founder of the OG Pumpkin, a clothing and lifestyle brand. He uses the proceeds from his business to fund Veteran initiatives and provide support to Active Duty Military.

In his free time, Angel is a competitive Muy Thai and BJJ fighter. He is currently finishing his Bachelor of Science at California State University, Long Beach.

Yousef Badou is an educator and trainer with a diverse background. Having grown up in the Middle East, Yousef was better prepared to handle the nuances of the region while deployed as a Marine. He served multiple deployments to Iraq, where he navigated through many tribal factions from the southern border to the northern areas of Iraq. Following his time in the military, Yousef was certified as an Instructor/Trainer and was requested, by name, to serve as the Predictive Threat Analysis Lead to the Marine Corps Combat Hunter Program. He served as the certifying authority for instructors in subjects pertaining to Enhanced Observation, Predictive Threat Analysis, and Tracking. Yousef founded Emergence LLC to innovate new products and bring Behavior Analysis to a wider variety of industries and communities.
