In this episode we discuss intra-articular hip pathologies such as FAI and labral tears! Are they really as bad as we think they are?! Does having them mean they are the reason for that classic anterior hip/groin pain?! We discuss how we first would examine the hip (and believe every FADDIR test we saw was FAI and needed to be mobilized 🤦‍♂️) to where we are now where we are our more accurate with our diagnostics and ultimately more effective and efficient with our care.
