Manuel Carlos Uson is a suspected predator involved in the Petaluma, California investigation. Manuel was a 43-year-old plant supervisor at a major automotive company, at the time of the sting. He entered into a chat with a girl he believed to be thirteen named "Willow". He starts by trying to speak Tagalog with her, but she doesn't understand what he's saying (the decoy pretended to be Filipino). Only nine minutes after finding out the girl's age and lying about his age being 25, he says that he wants to give her oral sex. From there it descends into raunchier sexual talk from Uson.   Manuel comes to the trap house with lunch (a quesadilla) and condoms. Rochelle meets him in the back yard and goes to start the jacuzzi, which Manuel is staring at when Chris emerges to confront him.
