Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS) is an organisation that  provides professional speaking training for its members such as facilitators, coaches, or speakers who want to pursue professional speaking. Mr Jegatheeswaran Manoharan and Raymond Phoon, former presidents of MAPS was here to share the "8 Pillars of Competencies" and how MAPS's Philosophy could help individuals to be a better trainer, facilitator, coach, or speaker.
