This episode speaks about how survival mode comes about and also how to help handle and deal with going thru a survival mode in your life, because solely survival mode is just when the body is telling you something is not right.

Mental Disabilities or Orders, we all have something in common that we all are going through at this moment and day of age, and it may either be anxiety, depression and other illnesses towards the mental, and we sometimes tend to neglect the foundation of getting help in any sort of way and it strays and goes bad for us, which I encourage you all out there to get help in any shape of form before it’s too late to save a friend, yourself or someone you know in need.

It’s mainly about how we should be mindful of others and their feeling and ur behaviour and the outcome, if we sometimes do apologise even if we are right about ourselves, an apology can help to be more sympathetic towards those around us and how they feel and feeling, to be more mindful and connected.
