With Ralph still out on leave that doesn't stop him from pursuing the case of Frankie Peterson. Despite the conflicting evidence Ralph is still trying to wrap his head around how Terry can be in two places at one time. But this unexpected tragedy happens to Terry, which makes the case even harder to work. The man with the green hood is still lurking around, Terry's daughter still is seeing a mystery person. What will happen next?

This series premiers with Detective Ralph Anderson getting an arrest warrant signed by the D.A. He does something very bold he goes an arrest a baseball coach in the middle of the game. With eyewitnesses all putting this coach at the scene of the crime it's hard to dispute the evidence. Plot twist this coach has proof he wasn't even in the state the same time this boy was murdered.
