I find it crucial to look at the bigger picture and cure the source of an imbalance, instead of solely treating random symptoms. This goes for all dimensions in life, health and your business. It's also important that you are honest with yourself and willing to admit to the issue, start committing in resolving it, and turn your life into your dream life.
