Our brain projects time and space based on our experiences. What we see unfolding with people that are important in our lives is archived to later replicate. This can be good or it can be very devastating because you will be superimposing how to experience what you learned by observing others in situations from the past. For example, if you see your parents aging at a particular rate, you will be storing the information on how your aging should unfold.
