Today, we sit down with the talented Mark Nussbaum from Disys - Digital Intelligence Systems, LLC (DISYS)  - a global technology and consulting firm specializing in Managed Services, Business, Consulting, and IT/Non-IT Staffing Services.  Disys acquired Signature Consultants in 2021, where Mark spent nearly 22 years there! DISYS’ Managed Services Provider (MSP) channel comes with a dedicated Centralized Delivery Team that purely focuses on addressing clients’ temporary staffing and Scope of Work needs from new client acquisition to client operations and management to delivery.

When you think of people with diverse experience, Mark has to be at the top of the list, as you will hear.  From Law to medicine, to staffing, and now to full outsourcing.   You will hear about his fantastic relationship with the fabulous Jay Cohen.   But today's episode doesn't happen without the heartfelt introduction from  Gretchen Keefner & Leslie Vickrey.....thank you!   

In this powerful episode, you will learn how Mark was raised and impacted by his parents in the Flint area.  No, he was not a part of the Flint Tropics.  You will also hear about his Aunt Hilda, who significantly impacted him.  He is a Michigan guy who loves his Wolverines.   His father was a very successful lawyer, and his mom was a schoolteacher.  Later in this episode, Mark shares a heartbreaking story of his brother's suicide and later his father's passing of cancer.

As the host, I feel so lucky to have listened to this episode multiple times.  Mark shared so much wisdom about providing love for our kids and embracing their dreams.  It's our job to help our kids find what they love and always give them a sense of stability.    Mark's marriage is strong as oak, and his lovely bride Beth will hear so much gratitude that he has for her.
