We start this episode discussing the death of “Psycho” Sid Eudy and the fact that Dana melted the internet by selling two autographed photos of his in the days after his death. This will be our final word on the topic of selling the autographs of dead celebrities for a good while!
From there, we move on to the inspiration for the episode, which is a viral video recently published by pop mega star du jour Chappell Roan, in which she complains about being harassed by fans in public. We discuss our personal philosophies surrounding pursuing celebrities for autographs in public and share a few funny stories from our times doing so.

This episode is part 2 of 2 of our interview with Ken Pulvidente of K&S Wrestlefest. If you attended a wrestling con on the East Coast at any point after 2005, there is a virtual certainty you came across Ken in some form or another. In part 2 of this interview, Ken talks about how the COVID-19 pandemic caused him to alter his business model, as he began holding virtual autograph signings on Facebook live and continues to do so to this day.
Ken tells lots of stories about his days booking wrestlers and goes pretty deep into his business philosophy. One story about Sid Eudy (who, incidentally, passed away a few weeks after this was recorded) should not be missed!

In this episode, we discuss our recent private signing with Joe Hendry as well as the Meet and Greet VIP tickets we bought to meet Russell Crowe on the U.S. leg of his music tour.
The big topic this week was Fanatics Fest NYC, and the many ways organizational problems and lack of planning led to fans not having an ideal experience. Specifically, we discuss how poorly thought out ADA accommodations led to many fans abusing the system, issues with overselling nearly all talent at the show, and how logistical problems with the floor plan led to a frustrating experience.

Ken made a name for himself promoting wrestling conventions in the Tri-State area in the early 2000’s, and has since converted almost the entirety of his business to conducting virtual signings on Facebook Live!
In part 1 of this interview, we discuss the early days of wrestling conventions, how Ken survived as a promoter when many did not, and and how booking and promoting wrestling talent has changed over the past two decades. How long should a fan spend at a guest’s table? How many autographs are appropriate to get at once? These are all issues we discuss at length in this episode, same as last, except this time from the perspective of the other side.
Our next episode will feature an interview with Ken Pulvidente, who has run several autograph conventions in the Northeast and more recently has developed a large following running signings on Facebook Live.
