You know, when you have so many things that you need to take care of, perhaps you have a task that you really want to complete, but you have been putting it off, because every time you think about it, you feel overwhelmed, and you're not even sure where you're going to start to approach it.
I don't know whether you have experienced this before.
This happens to me a lot of times, every time I have like a task that I need to do, and it is looking daunting, it looks so complicated, sometimes it's very easy to just avoid it for as long as you can. But you really need to be self-aware of the current situation that you are in and realize that you need to take steps towards accomplishing and completing this task, because if you do not, it will remain there for as long as you are not doing anything about it.
So, it's very important that you should use time for when you will complete this task. I feel that if you do not shed you time to perform this task to deal with it, then it will never get complete, it will never get done.
So recently, what I started doing is that I started doing little by little of this task scheduling a couple of hours during the day where I can focus on this task specifically, and handle it one step at a time, break it down, chunk by chunk, and instead of looking at it as a whole big task that needs to be done and completed, I started looking at it in the form of simple small micro tasks that I can complete one at a time.
And then if I can schedule some time to do a little bit of it every single day, or maybe a couple of hours, then I can keep on breaking it down such that at the end of the week, per say I will find that I have completed the whole task but by setting small goals and accomplishing those, those ones fast okay.
So, if you have that task that you have been putting off, try to allocate some small time to it a few hours a day and see that you can complete a small part of it like today and then a small portion of it tomorrow a small portion of it the next day such that at the end of the entire period, you have completed the entire task.
