I had always used the excuse that I couldn’t afford the “healthy” food. That was not true. I realized some healthy food is actually CHEAPER. I asked God to help me grocery shop and provide funds for healthy food. And He did.

We are looking for long-term success. It’s not as hard as you think. Don’t worry about what NOT to do…just add the good stuff!
