There are people in this world who use their power and influence for evil. I do not like those people. 

There are some people who just want to see the world burn. Has everything to do with them and the demons they have tormenting them. Shaking my head. I wish them nothing but the best. Well, most of em. 

Man, relationships are messy. Will and Jada blew the top off with this latest revelation about Jada's "entanglement". Hey, no judgement though, everybody's story is different right? 

Or lack thereof... Man, these world leaders been showing they ASSES during this pandemic. We don't see it getting better anytime soon. Do you?

Depending on you ask, anything goes right? Just don't ask Alani about no pedophiles. Stormi don't play dat

Today we just reminisced about the good ol days. Elementary school, middle school, high school, college. How the beasts... I mean angels that stand in front of you today :-)

So as always, we dabble, but then we dive into doing the right thing. What it means to do the right thing and why I will never be an innocent bystander. 

Just shooting the breeze peeps. Things seem to be slowly moving back towards "normal" in Sydney, well everything except my eye lmao

Welp, we didn't change the world in this episode but we def gave you something to chew on. This episode features a special guest, my best friend Isaih Bell. He has law enforcement experience at the local, state, and federal level and gives us insight into what it's like being on the other side as a black man.

Yerrrrr, we take another drive down memory lane in this episode reflecting on Les Mills back in the day and talking about what makes a good instructor great. Really good listen for anyone who just wants to be better on any stage.
