On the 1st floor of the Alianza building is Utah’s largest and voted best Yoga studio in Utah Valley. We will rotate in groups as we experience two hours of meditation, yoga, and journal writing as we reflect on the day, what we’ve learned, and our intentions leaving.

In Addition:

Journaling (journals and pens included) & Break out groups

Breakfast & Lunch provided (Delicious catering by The Fleuriste Studio, and desserts by Simply Bliss Desserts)

Also join us Friday February 4th at 7pm (same location) for an Ice Breaker event! Kate Brown is going to lead us in Zumba. There will be great music, water bottles, and snacks for all. Come get to know the ladies who will be with us for the conference and let’s just have fun!
