Okay so our guest today is a mama of two boys, she’s an entrepreneur, life coach, former teacher, and former model. Her name is Nastasia and she is the founder of a movement called Cancel Snapback Culture. The movement calls to eliminate the pressure women feel to "snap back" to their pre-baby bodies, and instead prioritize mental health. She also does so much to help support black moms which is SO important. Nastasia is truly a powerhouse and we are so happy to have her on to talk all about why saying things like “bouncing back” or “snapping back” are super dangerous terms for new mamas to hear! She also runs a really amazing blog called Moms Who Chilll at momswhochilll.com and it strives to make mom life easier, while giving mamas an honest community to turn to!
