We’re joined by award-winning Doula, birth worker, educator and activist Mars Lord. I met Mars about 12 years ago through my birth work… ‘What’s any of this got to do with midlife? ’I hear you ask – well, for a bit of background, I’ve seen her speak quite a few times and when she does there are always lightbulb moments in abundance for her audience. Each time I’ve come away inspired and informed. 

So, imagine my delight when I learnt that she is branching out, using her years of experience to coaching – it gave me a legitimate reason to ask her onto this midlife podcast …

Of COURSE we didn’t stick just to the topic in hand, we talked about EVERYTHING and it was an absolute treat, because a conversation with Mars leaves you considering things differently. 

But, as regards the coaching - are you questioning who you are and who you want to be? Do you know some changes need to happen but you’re not sure what they are or how you go about making them? If you’re nodding your head, ask yourself what you’re waiting for. Ask yourself if you REALLY need to have a load of ducks in a row before you can move forward – I bet you don’t!
