In this sixth series, I am joined by Jess and Mark from 'Have a Hart Fitness Family', a business which has been negatively affected by the lock-down, as huffing and puffing in an enclosed area is not deemed safe at the moment! We talk about how they have diversified the business to carry on as best they can and how they have embraced technology and social media to stay in touch with friends, neighbours and family to help keep everyone's spirits up. Oh! And listen out for Arnie the dog who decides to join in by noisily drink from his bowl every now and then and one point agreed with Mark's reply!

In this fifth series documenting the lock-down, I am joined by some very talented folk in New York, talking about how they are coping with the lock-down. 

We share some good news about the upcoming release of the album Ruth, which comprises of music Rolando composed for a multi award winning short-film called Ruth. Rolando gave permission for one of the tracks to be inserted into this podcast. Believe me when I say it is beautiful haunting melody. 

I have also inserted a clip further along the interview of a lovely song written and recorded by Heidi called 'Drip Drop Ripple' from her album 'In Stillness'. 

We were also joined by their beautiful and also extremely talented daughter, Océane, who spoke freely about how she is enjoying her time at home on lock-down with her parents …. not ….
