My Name is Bao Ngo. I’m a proud 80’s baby. I was born in sunny Southern California and have been living in the beautiful Bay Area since the early ’90s. I live with my amazing and supportive wife, two playful and silly daughters, and fluffy and loyal Cockapoo, Kobe. Besides cooking and barbecuing, I love to spend time with my girls, host events to entertain family and friends, go grocery shopping, listen to different kinds of music (depending on my mood), watch wrestling, documentaries, and cooking shows, read cookbooks, eat bomb ass food, and basically do whatever makes me feel happy.
What inspired you to create No Limit Cooking?
After my wife and I moved into our own house in 2010, I finally had my own kitchen to experiment and cook whatever I want in MY kitchen. I created No Limit Cooking to:
Track my recipes so I can remember how to consistently make it each time
Share my cooking experiences and inspire friends and family to learn how to cook
Provide tips and techniques to help make other people’s cooking experience not so stressful
Show people that cooking is fun and there ain’t no limit to what they can do in their own kitchen
