During the second hour, Marty talked with CBS News White House Correspondent Steve Dorsey about the impeachment inquiry against President Trump, the whistleblower report, and the Trump/Ukraine President phone call.  Marty also talked to listeners about it.

The latest movie in the Batman universe, "Joker," comes out in October. Movie critic John Mowod joined Marty to discuss if the movie should be cancelled due to threats of violence at the dark web and the history of violence seen during Batman movie premieres.

US Representative Guy Reschenthaler joined Marty to discuss the transcript of President Trump's conversation with Ukraine leadership and what it means.

During the final hour, Marty talked about a reading homework assignment for 1st graders at a Pittsburgh Public School that talked about police officers chasing kids with.  Listeners weighed in on what they thought about the assignment, a couple cops weighed in also.

During the second hour Marty talked with the Lt. Governor John Fetterman about the findings of his listening tour and legalizing recreational marijuana.  Marty talked with listeners about whether or not recreational marijuana should be legalized.  Marty also talked with Rep. Bryan Cutler about marijuana.

During the first hour, Marty talked with Attorney Phil DiLucente about the released whistle blower report, Trump's Ukraine call and the possibility of impeachment.  Marty also talked with Attorney David Shrager who is representing two of the men, who are employees at the Exxon gas station where two African American women were beaten last week.

During the final hour, Marty walked with activist Ashley Justice about the incident that happened at the Exxon Gas Station last week, as well as other things she is involved in.  And Marty also talked with former US Attorney David Hickton about the released transcript of a conversation between President Trump and the President of the Ukraine and the possibility of Impeachment.

Eric Chaffin with Chaffin Luhana joined Marty to talk about the released transcript of a phone conversation between President Trump and the President of the Ukraine.

Taji Walsh the grandmother of Nalani Johnson joined Marty Griffin for a couple segments to talk about the kidnap and murder and granddaughter and what Marty is doing to help.

During the final hour of the show Marty talked again about the issues of panhandling, crime and homelessness downtown as well as Mayor Peduto's comments.
