Rob Pierce joined Marty Griffin and Wendy Bell to talk about a company that gave faulty ear plugs to soldiers in the Military.  Rob Pierce tells Marty and Wendy that the ear plugs were dual colored; one side you would wear while you were in combat to help suppress some of the noise and the other side you would wear to prevent noise coming in if you were at the shooting range.  Rob Pierce shares how many people he is representing and how these ear plugs have affected the soldiers, some are completely deaf.

It has been reported that Empire star, Jussie Smollet staged the whole incident where he was beaten by two racist, homophobic men, Attorney David Shrager joins Wendy Bell and Marty Griffin to explain why clients lie and how to tell.  Shrager says it saddens him that someone would abuse our legal system like this.

Bill Rehkopf CBS News Correspondent joined Marty Griffin and Wendy Bell to talk about Bernie Sanders announcing he will be running for President in 2020.

Paula Nettleship with Catholics for Change joined Marty Griffin to talk about a letter signed by a thousand people to help rebuild something that is fundamentally broken and make changes to the Catholic Church with the help of the hierarchy.  Attorney Alan Perer also joined Marty to talk about the Catholic sex abuse and the number of cases he is working on.

Jim and Evelyn Piazza lost their son,Timothy Piazza in 2018 when he was a sophomore at Penn State.  He died while pledging a fraternity.  They joined Marty Griffin to talk about their son and about how this evening they will be speaking at IUP as part of a hazing coalition.  Their hope is for change on college campuses.

Shannon Razsadin is with Military Families Advisory Network and she joined Marty Griffin to talk about the dangerous conditions many military families are living in.  Shannon Razsadin says this a wide spread problem, that has been going on for a while and its finally getting the attention it needs to start to fix this problem.

Walter Homer and Local Plumber Brandon Lendway join Marty Griffin and Wendy Bell. Walter, who has cerebral palsy, tells Marty and Wendy about how he desperately needed a plumber because he had no running water in his trailer and Brandon Lendway was able to come to the rescue and help Walter.

Mark Serrao of Oakmont Bakery joins Marty Griffin and Wendy Bell to talk about all of the traffic problems the new store has created.

Mark Dixson, and independent film maker joined Marty Griffin and Wendy Bell to talk about his documentary that covers Pittsburgh's air quality.

Dr. Karen Hacker with the Allegheny County Health Department joined Marty Griffin and Wendy Bell to talk about the flu shot and vaccines.  They also talked about how some parents have reservations about their children getting the flu shot, because they think the shot actually makes them sick.  Dr. Hacker says the shot can't cause the flu.
