MASHED FEELINGS

We struggle in daily life because we lose focus and it becomes difficult to go back to our concentration, here's my take on positivity.

This is second episode of Poetry segment.

It takes lot of time to accept ourselves for who we are. It's difficult to come in terms with who we really are because we have always chased perfection in our lives and forgot to live for what really lies within us. This is first step towards accepting ourselves for the amazing humans we all are.

Everything I'm grateful about!!

These two words are such an important part of our lives, all our life we just try to find a safe place, away from dissapointment and try to save ourselves from everything that has slightest of discomfort.

There's power in being yourself, own your thought and act accordingly, a journey towards healing and wellbeing.

When things seem really difficult and you can't find your way, when mind is full of thoughts and heart is heavy, have little amount of courage to breathe and to keep going.

The episodes gives you insight of how we stop validating our own feelings and try to avoid it, we feel guilty for feeling this way. Let's learn to acknowledge our feelings and heal.
