We're back! Like a bad dream, we have returned. Chris & Matt reunite after a year's absence so that Chris can share his thoughts on his most recent trip to Walt Disney World. Chris and Matt discuss all of the exciting details of the Walt Disney World Resort's 50th Anniversary! There's so much coming, they can barely contain their excitement!

Okay, we'll be honest. There really isn't a whole lot coming to the 50th Anniversary. Parades are still missing. Attractions that were promised during the 2019 D23 event aren't going to be ready. Character events are limited. All four parks are going to get really bright lights and.... that's about it. Look, if you're new to the Mass Mouse Fans podcast, you might not want to pick this episode as your first to listen. Go back to the beginning when there was still optimism. The guys promise they will be in better spirits on the next episode (unless that episode is about the new Genie+ app coming to the parks). 

We attempt to tackle the job of ranking each pavilion within the Word Showcase. Tune in as Chris and Matt, along with outside help from Carson, Westley and Stacie, rank each country and see if their rankings match with how you would rank them. 

In our first episode of 2021, Chris and Matt discuss Chris's recent trip to WDW in February. It was a long weekend trip, but Chris managed to visit two parks, several resorts and shopped at Disney Springs. Find out what it's like visiting WDW during COVID, and what changes have been made to accommodate social distancing, what the crowds are like, and what dining options are available. 

On this episode, Chris is joined by Matt, as well as returning guest, Westley, to have a frank and open discussion about Disney's announcement of laying off 28,000 cast members. We discuss the impact of COVID-19 on not just the Disney parks, but the country as well. We also discuss ongoing projects in the Disney parks and whether they should continue with their progress, or halt work until everything is sorted out.
