Graziers in western Queensland are reporting heartbreaking stock losses from unprecedented floods that have impacted a large part of the inland.

With livelihoods in the balance, privately owned helicopters are working alongside government officials to provide urgent fodder drops for surviving cattle, sheep and goats stranded on high ground.
