As we move into Thanksgiving and the Holiday season, it's important to be thankful and grateful!!!
It’s easy to get busy and stressed out
But let’s not forget the reason of the season
Let’s take some time to think on the good things that has happened in our lives and the amazing people that have been put into our lives
I know I am grateful to have my wife, my mentors, my friends, partners, including my amazing Co-Host, Cameron and all of you, our amazing community!
Let's take some time this season to stop and make a list, and check it twice, of all of the people that have been a gift in our lives
And let's make sure to pay that gift forward by reaching out and expressing that gratitude to them
Cameron & I have a lot to be grateful for:
Throughout the pandemic Steve said he felt more connected than ever. He has successfully grown his Linkedin connections to nearly 23k. This year Steve has appeared on numerous podcasts and appearances and speaking gigs. He has become a thought-leader here on Linkedin, as he finished two years of weekly Fired Up Friday Master Connector Tips Videos, and now proudly now posts daily. He is excited about his partnership with Cameron and an amazing community here on LinkedIn, as today will be our 90th show. He is pumped to say that most of the episodes are now loaded on Apple Podcast and Spotify. He is excited as he finishes his first book, called “the Tao of a Master Connector”, expecting to be out in 2023. He got Covid, lost 19 pounds but managed to keep most of it off. He says he is in the best shape of his life, since he tested for his 2nd degree black belt. He continues to find strength in his hour and half morning routine. He loves continuing to be a beacon of light to the world!
This year Cameron Toth fought his way back from the most challenging point in the last 11 years of running Toth Event Staffing. During the Pandemic for months on end event bookings for his staffing company went down to ZERO!
2022 - we are not even at the end of the year and Cameron has lead his company past his 2019 pre-pandemic record earnings despite a pandemic influenced first quarter. Cameron was able to grow his office team and lease a new office space that has successfully brought more balance to his work and family life.
On the show today we will discuss those moments of panic. We all experience challenging moments. The key is to prepare yourself:
This is how Steve and Cameron stay prepared:
FOUR Pillars
Pillar #1 - Having the Grit to Overcome obstacles
Pillar #2 - Being Others Focused and Paying It Forward
Pillar #3 - Be Authentic
Pillar #4 - Build a Community and Grow Your Connections
