How hard should you close someone?
Here's a scenario I see play out a lot..
Someone is new in sales
They are excited and enthusiastic
Good
They learn a sales framework or two
They start making a few sales
Then they get white line fever, they have to convert every prospect they talk to - it becomes more about their own ego and numbers than the best interests of the actual buyer.
Not good
Today's episode is why even if in the short term, that approach makes you some sales..
In the long term it will cost you.
