When dating, you are typically attracted to a certain type of person. Perhaps they are a pretty boy, a jester, a reluctant hero, a Peter Pan, a bad boy, or a king – an Aragorn or a Channing Tatum. Knowing the personalities and looks you are drawn to helps you understand yourself better. You can then analyze whether that “type” is one you want to stick with or decide you’re ready to attract a new type. Our goal in dating is to find someone who balances responsibilities with us, where both of us are capable, self-assured, and comfortable in ourselves as individuals.
Remember this; you can only live the life of your dreams when you know what you want.

Weaponized incompetence, victim mentality, and comparing are all things that seem to run rampant in society nowadays, and all are No Bueno. We don’t want partners who manipulatively use these tools, and we should self-reflect and make sure we ourselves aren’t using them.
Trust is one of the most important things in a relationship. We want to be able to fully trust the person we are in a relationship with to have competence in life. Whether that is with finances, family stuff, following through on things they say they’ll do, or… anything.
To have a successful partnership, a true partnership, both people should give 100%. It isn’t a 50/50 thing. Show up as your whole self, and expect your partner to show up as their whole self.

Your vision board is your daily reminder of where you’re going and why you’re going there. There is no creative pre-requisite to vision board building; it can be as big or as small as you want, as intricate or as simple as you want. To date, Lia’s most successful vision board was extremely simple. On a poster board, it said: “This year is dedicated to Wealth, Joy, and Ease.”
Vision Board Takeaway Tips:
1– Write it down and put it somewhere you will see it often. The more it is consciously on your mind, the more your decisions will reflect your goals.
2– Envision what you want. Live in the energy of your goals already being accomplished and that you already have the things you want.
3– Have a “To Did” list to see how far you have come.

Why is talking about sex taboo? Or is it still taboo nowadays? In this episode, Kiera and Lia discuss why it’s a bad thing that talking about sex is generally experienced as awkward or socially unacceptable. You should be able to have conversations about sexuality with people you trust and with people you feel safe. There are so many facets to understanding sexuality today because it isn’t as simple as “yes, I like it” or “no, I don’t.”
When dating, you get to set the boundaries. Are you one who likes to wait until you are in a monogamous relationship before having sex, or do you want to go at it on the first date? Either way is acceptable, and so is any other way you set your boundary. No matter what, remember you are a strong, desirable, powerful woman (or man) of worth who deserves love and happiness. Do not settle. And do not let anyone talk you into something you don’t want to do.

This episode of the Master Your Bliss Life Podcast focuses on BOUNDARIES. Especially boundaries to maintain as a parent, as a single parent, and dating others who may or may not have their own children.
We cover things like how to handle conflicting parenting styles, how to avoid the dreaded step-parent stereotype, why it’s important to stay consistent, and how to get on the same page with the other parent or your significant other.
Ultimately we want to help our children be better than we are, so they too can achieve their bliss life – hopefully, a little easier than we are achieving ours.

Listen to this episode of the Master Your Bliss Life podcast for some great ways to incorporate self-care into your life, sometimes even for free, and devise a sustainable routine to constantly move toward and maintain your bliss life.
Entangling yourself into someone else’s fictional world so you don’t have to think about your own life or get drunk on the weekends consistently because you get up every day and go to a job you hate... Nah Girl. Getting sucked into suspended reality television or literature is not living your bliss life.
It is definitely reasonable and NEEDED to take time for yourself; to unwind, relax, and recharge your batteries. Just make sure to keep a balance. Too much go go go, and you’ll exhaust yourself and your emotions. Too much mind-numbing entertainment, and you’ll also lose yourself.
