What sets your brand apart  from other speakers?  That's the 1 million question. And as a speaker, it is essential to have your unique identity that sets you apart from others in your field. How do you go about that? You just show up with all things you, and that's how you start this thing.  You can never depart from yourself.

You always want to bring you to the table with all of our flaws and all of our imperfections.  All we can do is fine tune those.  I guarantee that if you stay with this long enough, you're going to get more polished, smoother in your message and your delivery. You will also become more confident. Why? Because God says so (Proverbs 13:22). That’s the guarantee.

One powerful tool for achieving speaking success is to reframe your thoughts. Instead of focusing on your fears and insecurities, try shifting your mindset to one of confidence and positivity. When you change the way you think about speaking, you will begin to see improvements in your performance and overall mindset.

One of the many great things I love about working with the awesome professional women I work with, is their willingness for new growth. That tells me a lot about their future because you gotta be open and willing to get what God has for you. It just takes work, is all.
