  • 45. 5 Tips to Being an Eagle, Pt 5

In the 5 Tips to Being an Eagle, Pt 5 is titled, Eagles Fly Above the Storm. Some things to consider regarding eagles (the confident person) is this:

    1. The storm allows the eagle to gain entry into a space that it can not normally reach in good weather.
    2. As a reward for this act of boldness, the eagle is given a broader view of its surroundings.
    3. And, once above the storm, the eagle is clear of the rough winds and its flight becomes smoother…with less effort.
    4. The eagle is the only bird that will fly above the storm clouds to avoid the rain.
    5. This means that eagles can fly at an altitude of 10,000 feet above sea level.

Continue your journey of flying high. God has much for you. Your life means something.

Proverbs 3:5/6 "says to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him and he will make your paths straight." The following are traits of the eagle: They make no excuses They go after they prey to protect their young and eggs Initiates and executes Humble and operates in belief Invest heavily in their relationships. We're still in our eagle series. Eagle Tip 3 is about vision and it titled, Eagles Have Vision. Proverbs 29:18--where there is no vision, the people perish. We must see the vision. Some things to consider are the following:

    1. Be specific about what you want to achieve.
    2. The more specific you are, the more likely you are to achieve your goal.
    3. Focus on the positive.
    4. Visualize what you want, not what you don't want.
    5. Stay focused on your goal and keep you from getting sidetracked.
    6. Believe in yourself and your ability to achieve your goal.
    7. Visualize yourself achieving your goal and feel the positive emotion that comes with it.
      1. Positive emotions help to propel you forward and help you to achieve your goals.
    8. Questions to ponder: What do you want to do? Why do you want to do it? What are the benefits of doing it?

  • 42. 5 Tips to Being an Eagle, Pt 2

5 Tips to Being An Eagle. Eagle Tip 2  is titled, Eagles Don’t Fly with Small Minded People. If we want to excel, win, and achieve our goals, we have to stay around the eagles as much as possible.

Don’t waste your time arguing or even debating with such mindsets. They have one perspective -- theirs. One of the most important things you can do in life is develop confidence. It's not something that comes naturally to everyone, but it's something that can be learned. One of the best ways to develop confidence is to faith-it (opposed to fake it) until you make it. That means, even if you don't feel confident, act like you do. It might seem like a strange thing to do, but it actually works. When you act confident, you start to believe it yourself.
