We are here of servants of the Lord Jesus, so we must ensure we are doing what He wants us to do. Stick to that ONE thing, build it out, then recalibrate as necessary. Don’t care what anybody says. We’re not here for what people think about us. Do YOU. When we’re in tune with what He has us on, we will speak the language of the people He has for us to positively impact. Start and continue on. Done is better than perfect, yet this is the thing: we have to stay on the one thing and build it out before we move on to something else. We must stay focused on the quality, not the quantity. The quantity will come next.

Are you using the F-Words in your life? In your speaking? In your business? The 3 F-Words are useful when we use them. They are being Fair (equitable), Fair, and Fun in our endeavors. The 3 F-Words helped me in many areas of my life, particularly when I was a teacher, but also as a parent, in church, in the military, on the stage, and in business. It's about setting up systems that work when we work through it all of them (3 F-Words) in order for positive transformation and impact to occur.

We can strike a balance with all 3 as long as we are continuously tweak accordingly. Applying all 3 may not come all at once, but they will come when we use them and pay attention.

You can speak with confidence and power by telling your story through my Story Umbrella. The 3 elements are 1-Have a strong desire to tell your story; 2-Tell your story with a position of power; and 3-Ensure your story complements your overall message. People are helped when we walk in a godly confidence and humility. You have a godly right to tell your story to the best of your ability in order to help others walk in their own power based on your story, message, narrative, and testimony. Start somewhere (exactly where you are) to be impactful. You can do it. Find the help you need and don't go at it alone. You will get there.
