For cars at a level four or below - absolutely, yes.

They need to remain active so that they can react in a critical situation.

I believe that this is based on the country and culture.

In India, many women are already going into the engineering and computer science field. In Germany, not as many women go to technical schools.

✅ Ensure you are doing all safety-related activities

This book puts the phases of entrepreneurship in the context of generating revenue.

Level 1: Focus on sales.

Level 2: Focus on sales and innovation.

Level 3: Bring some bureaucracy.

Diversity is a huge topic across every industry.

My colleague, Lucas van Zuylen, posed a very interesting question - when looking for diversity, what should you look for?

Of course, there are a lot of variables, including what companies want to optimize for.

Then, you have to look at small companies versus large companies.

Large companies, like Google, have the opportunity to diversify outside of optimization. Whereas, smaller companies may not have that opportunity.

Yes, for a paycheck is one reason. But, it’s not the only reason.

Simon Sinek came up with the golden circle.

First...there is why. This is your mission.

If you have a mission, you will begin to define a process.

You should enjoy the process.

Then, comes the outcome - what.

Now, you’re not working for a paycheck. You’re working for something bigger.

I became an entrepreneur because I wasn’t good at anything else.

I spent a ridiculous amount of time in academia getting my PhD.

Do I regret that time? No.

But, I only focused on getting my dissertation. I always felt guilty if I was doing anything but that.
