Meaning...they aren’t selling time or skills because time is limited and skills are a commodity.

Not all people can be entrepreneurs, and that’s okay.

Which would you choose to invest in - real estate or stocks?

In my opinion, you can’t do better than investing in real estate simply because of the leverage you get from it.

It’s true that you can leverage stocks, but the market is more volatile. In the end, you end up putting more of your own money into the market versus what you would put in for real estate.

At the end of the day, I ask myself this - what am I comfortable with?
