Basically, this report took the last decade from 2009 to 2018 that learned the numbers of casualties, daytime, nighttime, and in other scenarios in the US came to the conclusion that the current emergency braking is ineffective at nighttime.

And moreover, in the daytime, it is effective only in 40% of the accidents.
