Matty A and Matty C both agree on the starting QB's for both Alabama and Auburn. Do the Tiger's and Tide both win on "neutral' turf? One says one thing......the other? What did Nick Fitzgerald do to get suspended? JSU kicker Cade Stinnett is already Matty A's hero while Matty C thinks Tide fans need to be concerned about Bobby Petrino's offense against an untested secondary. 

Less than a week from the 2018 season and we are talking about the fumbling Buckeyes and the angst in Aggieland.....can we play now? Matty A gets the quote of the preseason with, "Bama plays pretty intense". Matty C is concerned about "Mike the Tiger" at LSU  because PETA just ruined Animal Crackers. Matty A put us on Facebook. It only took 115 shows!

Now, this is top shelf information two weeks before kick off! On the serious side Tua is getting the high marks in fall football classes at Alabama. Auburn preps for the Huskies in the season's best opener. The Ohio State saga continues and speaking of Tiger(s),.....Woods second place finish at the PGA is getting more recognition than Brooks Koepka who just won his 3rd major in 14 months! What the??? 

Could Hurts be trying to “win the team”? Listen to a truly interesting perspective from Matty A. Matty C wants folks to give Jalen a break. He just turned 20. Not so fast when it comes to Urban Meyer. Best chicken fingers EVER?

What a Freudian slip by Matty C! Onto college football, one month away and it's almost ALL about Urban Meyer. He can't slip through this, can he? The Coaches Poll is out, Bama #1, Auburn #10 (should be higher) and what is a chicken finger sandwich? 

He is the odds on favorite and he has NEVER started a game,....again, Really? Why not Jarett Stidham? Or Damien Harris? It's game time on Matt 'N Matt so we go game by game through Auburn and Alabama's schedule. As if you needed reminding, CFB is five weeks away!

Matty A provides a scouting report for the upcoming season, now less than 50 days away. Media days are in Atlanta this week; does anyone remember the Skywriters?  Matty C does. Neal Brown does one of the coolest things ever in honor of a couple of fallen Trojans. A good listen to a show that is now 2 months into it's third year, many thanks!!!

James Spann and Matt Coulter had the privilege of befriending and working along side Steve Phillips. Many of you remember him from his days with us at WVTM-13 in Birmingham, others recall him in Nashville and Knoxville. Please take a listen as his life is honored. It’s now called “An Arkansas Moment” and both Matts have one personally, but Matty A’s happened at Veterans Stadium against the Eagles. The new red shirt rule is discussed at length and Happy Birthday America on this edition of the MmM show. 

Or more importantly, would you buy it knowing that Matty A was punting in the nude? Matty A had his A game on during this show, "I think Nick Saban has made some very good decisions while at Alabama!". He also told us about that getting into the Meadowlands was harder than breaking into Fort Knox. Matty C was just along for the ride and yes, HE is the one that forgot to turn ESPN down on his television.
