WELCOME BACK! Season 3 is underway and what better way to do it but with a previous guest and good friend of the show, Andrew Stokes. This is the first episode for the new concept of the podcast called 'Educate Mates'. Stokesy talks all things American Football to allow us wannabe fans being able to understand it that bit more. He breaks down the game from the amount of players on each team, different positions, and common terms we may have heard of but never really understood. This episode is an absolute treat for you all! I was lucky enough to sit down with a childhood hero of mine and talk about all things cricket. Brad Hogg AKA Hoggy, joins me in studio to chat about his time playing cricket at the highest of levels. Brad speaks about the commitment it took to live on a farm and make his way to Perth to chase his dream, the experiences and challenges playing at the top level, along with some words of wisdom for future generations out there. Unbelievable chat this one! Tim Kennelly is a baseball legend not only in Perth but Australia. He has smashed all types of records in the Australian Baseball League, wears his heart on his sleeve when he represents Australia around the world, and has had crack at making the major leagues over in America. There is not much he hasn't done in the baseball world! Did I also mention he does firefighting on the side? This guy can honestly do it all! I loved this chat so much with Tim as he speaks all things baseball and really attempts to promote the game here in Australia. It was a pleasure to have this guy on and I look forward to hopefully getting him on again in the near future. Enjoy this one guys, I love you a million xox

Another big episode for this weeks pod! I am joined by Australian Commonwealth Games GOLD medalist Kristina Krstic. Kristina talks all things lawn bowls with how she came across the sport, the challenges in making it to the highest level, and takes us back to that moment when she found out she was a gold medalist. Kristin Thornton joins me this week to talk about his journey in life so far! Kristin is a former player for the Sydney Swans in the AFL. He speaks about his time at the swans and how the path there didn't quite go the way he thought it would, but instead of letting this hold him back he found a new career path in the rehabilitation world. Kristin speaks about his love for exercise physiology and how this has allowed him move into his next journey to study medicine. An interesting chat with a charismatic guy, enjoys this one guys xox

Jimmy Williams is a young and enthusiastic fella that is trying to make a name for himself in the sport broadcasting world. Jimmy has got to call some big games and interview some well known names in Australian sport. He was happy to talk all things sport which included his love for all sports, how the dream of broadcasting came about, and where it has taken so far and the dream of how much further he can take it. This episode I managed to get the lovely and intelligent Liana Nici to spare some time from her busy schedule and join me on the pod. The knowledge this woman has is outstanding and the values she lives by and shares is making big changes to others in the world. Liana is a dietitian and most recently taken up a role in the AFL working alongside the playing group. She chats about what it's like working with both average individuals and high performance athletes and how they have similarities but differ at the same time, and what she has seen change in the dieting world with her 10 years of working in the field so far. I loved this chat so much and I will definitely be getting her back on to talk about many other great things she is doing in this world! Ily xoxo

I finally sat down and opened up about myself on my own podcast. Jye my co-host on 'The Couldabeens' took over the host duties which allowed me to discuss how I've gotten to here. I talk about my love and passion for cricket, losing and finding my purpose, and just how important mental health has on each and every one of us. I do discuss some experiences on mental health that might be triggering for some people.
