Today, I'm grateful to spend time with the talented Professor from the University of Connecticut, Matthew Worwood, who is the co-host of Fueling Creativity in Education and writes at DadsforCreativity.com.   Matthew and his wife have three boys that keep them very busy in their activities and sports.   In our conversation, we learn about the love for the Crystal Palace Football Club and also give a shout-out to the Paris Musketeers too! 

We navigate through the challenges of fatherhood, exploring a father's unique role within a family where each moment is filled with invaluable insights.  Additionally, we explore balancing dreams with financial stability to teach children the importance of recognizing their strengths and weaknesses.  We also learn about his parent's process of adopting other children, which taught him love, strength, and patience.  His mom would foster over 50 children! 

Matthew's journey focuses on the importance of quality time with children and how to foster meaningful moments.  Matthew shares his love for his amazing wife's talents in supporting and leading their family, leading essential decisions that guide their children's lives. Together, they've created family traditions, like traveling to London and Italy during the summer, that have created deep-rooted connections. We delve into his childhood memories and how our respective upbringings have shaped our parenting styles.

We end our discussion by reflecting on the concepts of risk-taking, faith, and resilience. Matthew shares his thoughts on belief and how each of us navigates the risks in our lives. We touch on personal stories of faith and resilience and how these experiences shape our families' futures.
