This episode I go in on the subject of stress and what it exactly means when we say we are stressed and if there is any beneficial value from being stressed. It's common for us to go through situations and do one of the two things, act like it never happened or embellish in the moment and get stuck. I hope to open the mind up to the idea that being stressed is not only inevitable but it is actually not a bad thing if we choose to attack each situation with the right mindset and learn to be proactive.
