Juan Lecona was born in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico on September 16th Mexico's Independence Day. Juan's dad, Javier Lecona was an aerodynamic engineer and his mom, Elodia Gonzalez was in the Mexican military and a nurse. Lecona was 11 years old when his parents separated and he moved to south Texas in 1990. Juan Lecona is a graduate of Capital Hill High School and has become the first immigrant to take office on the Oklahoma City Public Schools board.

Lee Hernan was born in the town of Moca, Puerto Rico. She grew up in the town of Aguadilla. From a very young age, she participated in different singing competitions and activities, making herself known through music and dance. Her musical talent was inherited by one of her grandparents who taught her to play the guitar when she was 16 years old. Since then, Lee Hernan began to write songs of her own inspiration.

Kelly Morgan is a Marriage and Family Therapist, dance instructor/choreographer, and yogi. She is also a wife, step-mom of two, and dog mom of two. Growing up in Owasso, OK, Kelly was heavily involved in dance and would later dance at Oklahoma State University. She attended OSU for both her bachelors in Psychology and masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is passionate about her work with survivors of trauma.

Paulina is a human resource professional in the NBA currently serving as the recruiting coordinator and main point of contact for employee benefits for the Oklahoma City Thunder. She is also a founding and current member of the Oklahoma City Thunder’s Inclusion & Diversity Council and serves as co-chair for the Thunder’s Hispanic/Latinx Advisory Group. In addition to providing benefits guidance to the team and enabling the organization's talent, Paulina is active in community outreach efforts.
