This week we ramble from the heart and share our impressions of the people we've met and places we've seen since being in Idaho. We've only been here a month, but it's safe to say this place will leave its mark on us long after we're gone.

It's a big, wide world out there, full of adventure and incredible experiences waiting to happen. The last thing anyone wants is for any of that to be tainted by a negative experience. And as more and more people hit the open road and embrace the nomadic life, that means there will be those who try to exploit the innocence and ignorance of travels for their own gains. But just because that's a reality doesn't mean we have to live (and travel) in fear! There are so many ways to equip yourself for safety, ensuring you are as prepared as possible. So in this week's ramble, we talk about what we do, and how a recent experience reminded us of why it is so important to have your head on a swivel and trust your gut.

A big part of the reason we went AWOL for two months was because we werebusy getting our rig ready to roll north- to work camp! Have you ever heard people talk about work camping, but you don't really know what that means? Have you considered work camping, but aren't quite sure how to find and apply for jobs? Or maybe you're wondering about the job itself- what would you actually do? This week we sit down and talk about all of that and so much more. Work camping is a great way to set up a home base somewhere you've never been before, meet new people, and have new adventures. We are excited to share our perspective on work camping with all of you.

So this week we follow-up how to buy an RV with how to properly maintain your new home-on-wheels. There may be a bit of a learning curve, but fear of the unknown should never be enough to hold you back, and we hope that this week's episode sheds a little bit of light on something that too few people seem to understand.
