Quincy Mayor Thomas Koch says the city will appeal the latest ruling regarding Boston's plans to build a new Long Island Bridge, to the supreme court.  Koch also comments on the indictment of former Elder Services Director Tom Clasby, praises the receipt of a 10 million dollar federal grant for road improvements, and extends an invitation to the annual MLK Jr. Breakfast.
