Quincy Mayor Thomas Koch provides an update on the city's efforts to prevent Boston from building a new Long Island Bridge.  Koch also speaks about the recent "topping off" ceremony at the construction site of the new public safety complex, and promotes a "Remember the Ladies" event to mark Women's History Month.
